Symposium Format:  Both days will present 8 horse/rider combinations who showed before Mr. Tubman on April 7. He will review their show performance and explain to the auditors how he wishes to proceed in coaching the riders into improving their rides. He will take specific parts of the tests to focus on and demonstrate how certain exercises aid in greater understanding for the rider on how to prepare and execute a movement. These exercises will also aid the horses in understanding what is being asked of them Each session will be 45 minutes. There will be time for Mr. Tubman to take comments and questions from the auditors.
